Clubhouse Hire charges per hour

Should you wish to make a booking, please complete a booking form and return it to us with a deposit of £10. Please note that the person making the booking must be present during the event and is responsible for the proper use of the room booked.
Bookings made within a month of use will be subject to the full payment. All bookings will be subject to payment 4 weeks prior to use, apart from regular block bookings.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Up to two months before use: no charge
- 8 weeks – 4 weeks: loss of deposit
- Less than 4 weeks: full amount
Damage and breakages
We appreciate that accidents can happen. Any damage to the fabric of the hall or breakages of crockery, should be notified to the chairman. Pete Davis (01380 850792) or Malcolm Turner (01380 850204) who will arrange for an assessment of the damage to be made and will notify you of costs.
The Social Centre Committee reserves the right to cancel any booking or to refuse admission to any individual.
